The Role:

Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives across the manufacturing operation, driving improvements in material flow, changeover times, yield, throughput, scrap, rework, and process efficiency. Facilitate cross-functional improvement workshops, implement 5S, standard work, visual controls, and structured problem-solving while training employees and building a sustainable continuous improvement culture. Track and analyze key performance indicators including OEE, scrap, rework, throughput, and safety, using data-driven root cause analysis to identify opportunities and deliver measurable improvements.

The Candidate:

Continuous Improvement experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with strong experience across Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and cost reduction. Experience with root cause analysis, process optimization, KPI analysis, and project sustainment, with the ability to facilitate workshops and influence teams across an organization. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required, Black Belt highly desirable, with an engineering, manufacturing, or process engineering background.
