Position Responsibilities Support direct marketing strategy through data-driven campaign recommendations, project management and improving reporting processes. Execute marketing campaigns, including setup, targeting, approvals, auditing and invoicing. Analyze campaign performance, data and processes to identify trends, develop performance reporting and recommend improvements. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present to executive leadership to guide decision-making. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Marketing experience or related coursework preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience in SAS, SQL or other programming and statistical tools a plus.
