Develop staffing plans, schedules, and workforce strategies to support operational demands. Monitor productivity, labor utilization, quality standards, and operating costs. Ensure efficient movement and delivery of products, equipment, and services while maintaining operational timelines. Drive a culture focused on safety, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Investigate service issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams including Transportation, Logistics, Production, Warehouse, Inventory, Quality, Customer Service, and Safety. Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, airline customers, and business partners. Support departmental budgeting, forecasting, and cost-management initiatives. Lead projects that improve efficiency, service levels, and employee engagement. What We Look For in a Candidate Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, transportation, distribution, manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, aviation services, or related environments. Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced operational setting. Strong understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, and operational performance management. Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and productivity metrics. Ability to solve problems quickly and make effective decisions under pressure. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational results. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
