Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within an HGV or commercial vehicle workshop. Strong technical understanding of HGV maintenance and compliance. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. A proactive, customer-first approach and commercial mindset. Confident with IT systems and workshop management software.
