Drive Results. Make an Impact. Helping Hearts Senior Care is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Birmingham office. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage people, solve problems, monitor performance, and keep a fast-paced home care office running successfully. What You'll Do Lead daily branch operations and supervise office staff Monitor staffing, client coverage, and branch performance Coach employees and hold team members accountable Address client and caregiver concerns quickly and professionally Monitor compliance, documentation, audits, and deadlines Support recruiting, hiring, retention, and employee performance Review branch reports and take action when goals aren't being met Build a positive culture of urgency, teamwork, and excellent customer service Who We're Looking For Proven leadership or management experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Confident coaching and holding employees accountable Comfortable working with technology, reports, and performance metrics Home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, or operations experience preferred Our Branch Manager Standard Know Your Numbers.
