The consultant will work on assigned projects and provide recommendations and guidance as needed. Responsibilities Provide consultation on senior living operations and best practices Review processes, documentation, and procedures Provide guidance regarding Alabama assisted living requirements Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and processes Provide recommendations based on industry experience Assist with training and implementation of processes when needed Travel to locations within Alabama as needed Qualifications Previous experience as an Executive Director/Administrator or Director of Nursing (DON) in senior living Alabama Assisted Living Facility (ALF) and/or Specialty Care Assisted Living Facility (SCALF) experience required Strong knowledge of Alabama assisted living regulations and requirements Strong understanding of senior living operations and resident services Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism and discretion Ability to travel within Alabama as needed Experience working with multiple senior living communities, consulting, regulatory compliance, or operational projects is preferred.
