Onsite Your Responsibilities:
Administer safety programs, monitor compliance with job site safety, safety training, safety documentation, auditing, and reporting
Supports sales through involvement in job quotation and estimation
Approve estimates for scope of work, labor hours and material content, assess profit risk of jobs, control material and labor costs, and provide feedback to the District Manager
Establish project timelines and meet with customers to communicate and coordinate project schedule.
Manage projects, assign personnel, oversee ordering of equipment and material, and assure that proper customer signoffs are secured per corporate policy requirements
Oversee quotation of call-in work, transactional sales (not requiring SSR skills), and assign personnel as needed to ensure that quotes are delivered to customers on a timely basis
Provide consistent interface with current customer base and establishes effective working relationships in order to identify additional selling opportunities
Ensure that maintenance contract commitments are fulfilled and inspections completed on time while providing input to Service Coordinators on scheduling activity of technicians
Support the district under direction of District Manager
Work with the technician team to generate pull-through service and repair work on existing house accounts
Manage Tech Tip program and lead customer care initiatives
Work with Account Managers and District Manager in order to resolve customer issues, including customer visits
Provide weekly job status, revenue, and warranty recovery report to
DM Your Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
6+ years of related work experience in the commercial HVAC industry or related field
8+ years of strategic leadership of an industrial HVAC business unit (Preferred)
4+ years of prior experience managing technicians or employees in a similar role required
Extensive knowledge of HVAC design, systems, applications, and energy saving solutions
Demonstrated success in strategically leading business units

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,400 to $153,300 plus a targeted incentive plan in Alabama. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
