Operations Manager About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to take charge of our operations at a leading manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a significant impact on production performance, team development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met. Supervise, coach, and develop a team of hourly and salaried staff. Drive efficiency by monitoring workflows, removing roadblocks, and implementing process improvements. Maintain strict adherence to safety, compliance, and operational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless handoffs between shifts. Report on performance metrics and provide recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in operations, production, or plant management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety and compliance standards within manufacturing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset.
