Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Good organizational skills and the ability to provide leadership and direction to a small workforce Must have knowledge/familiarity with Company preventative maintenance programs and procedures, safety programs, as well as company policies and operating procedures. Computer proficiency helpful. Strong desire to be a "key player" Leads and is in charge of a shift (turn) Qualifications At least 3 years of heavy equipment operator experience, 2 years of which must have been as a Lead or Supervisor Will also consider an applicant with a strong maintenance and preventative maintenance background.
