Job Description

Front Office & Operations Coordinator White Stone Real Estate | Hot Springs, AR Full-Time | In-Office | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Starting Pay:

$17.00/hour About White Stone White Stone Real Estate is a fast-paced, thriving real estate brokerage that is growing every day. We work hard, celebrate wins, continually look for ways to improve, and believe every person on our team plays an important role in what we're building. Our three core values guide how we work and how we serve:

INTEGRITY

•We do the right thing, even when no one is watching.

AMBITION

•We set meaningful goals, take initiative, and aren't afraid to work hard to reach them.

EXCELLENCE

•We believe the details matter and take pride in doing things well, whether the task is big or small. Our culture is incredibly important to us, and we're looking for someone who wants to become part of what we're building and grow alongside us. About the Role We're looking for a warm, organized, dependable Front Office & Operations Coordinator to help keep our office and team running smoothly. You'll be one of the first faces our agents, clients, and guests see, so we're looking for someone who is naturally welcoming and professional while also being highly organized, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This is not simply a front desk position. You'll provide administrative and operational support throughout the office, assist our agents and leadership team, and help with the many details that keep a growing real estate company moving. What You'll Do Greet clients, agents, vendors, and guests with warmth and professionalism Answer and route incoming phone calls Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming office environment Provide general administrative support to agents and leadership Assist with listing and transaction-related administrative tasks Prepare documents, packets, and other materials as needed Assist with calendars, meetings, closings, and office events Provide light marketing and social media support Assist with company merchandise and inventory Help with agent onboarding and general office needs Support special projects and additional responsibilities as they arise Who We're Looking For Skills matter, but character and attitude matter even more to us. We're looking for someone who is humble, teachable, dependable, positive, technologically capable, and willing to help. You don't have to walk in knowing every system we use. We can teach processes and software. What is much harder to teach is initiative, personal responsibility, humility, and a genuine desire to serve others well. Because we're a growing company, roles naturally evolve. While this position has defined responsibilities, there will be times when something needs attention that wasn't on the calendar or specifically outlined in the job description. The right person notices what needs to be done, takes ownership, receives feedback well, adapts when priorities change, and is willing to jump in and help. Qualifications Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred Real estate experience is a plus, but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional and welcoming phone and in-person presence Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software quickly Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities Dependable, punctual, and consistent Able to work independently while also functioning well as part of a team

Someone who is kind, dependable, humble, and teachable. Someone who takes initiative, welcomes feedback, takes pride in doing things well, and wants to become an important part of a growing company. We believe how you show up matters just as much as what you know. If you're looking for a place where you can contribute, learn, grow, and become an important part of a thriving team, we'd love to hear from you.
