This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong experience in behavioral healthcare operations who understands the demands of running a safe, compliant, and high-performing inpatient facility. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily facility operations and ensure efficient delivery of services across departments. Partner with executive, clinical, medical, nursing, admissions, and support leadership. Recruit, train, manage, and develop operational staff while promoting accountability and strong team performance. Maintain compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, company policies, and safety requirements. Develop and monitor operational processes, staffing needs, workflows, and performance metrics. Assist with budgeting, vendor management, facility needs, and cost-control initiatives. Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and the patient experience. Support organizational growth and maintain a strong culture of collaboration and professionalism. Qualifications Prior operations leadership experience within behavioral health is required . Experience working in an inpatient, residential, psychiatric, or substance use disorder treatment setting strongly preferred . Strong understanding of behavioral health facility operations, compliance, staffing, and regulatory requirements. Proven experience managing teams and working collaboratively across clinical and administrative departments. Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
