Job Description
Find your calling at Mercy! The Foundation Operations Manager supports and enhances the operational functions of the Foundation organization. Under the direction of the Director
- Foundation Operations, the Foundation Operations Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, aligning programs and processes Ministry-wide standards, supporting fund and database management, and managing the logistics and execution of meetings and fundraising events.
Position Details:
- This is primarily an on-site position at the NWA Foundation Office
Qualifications:
Required Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in lieu of a degree in addition to the required experienceRequire Experience:
3 years of experience in a supporting rolePreferred Experience:
Experience in philanthropy is highly desirableOther Skills:
- Management experience in meeting goals
