We provide innovative service solutions for plasma etch, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), electroplating and wafer wet clean products. Our team plays a key role in delivering complex, high-tech multi-service projects.Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Site Manager to lead and support our team of Field Service Engineers at our Chandler, Arizona location. This role is responsible for ensuring the team delivers high-quality, safe, and efficient service in alignment with company and customer standards. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Oversight Supervise and support a team of field service engineers across multiple locations. Assist in workforce planning, including hiring and onboarding new team members. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Operational Excellence Plan and oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment. Ensure compliance with company and customer safety policies and procedures. Monitor service quality, response times, and first-time fix rates Training & Development Track and manage training certifications and technical upskilling. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members. Promote adoption of new technologies and tools Customer Satisfaction Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and promptly. Collaborate with sales and support teams to understand client needs. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Performance & Reporting Analyze and report KPIs such as service completion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and technician utilization. Prepare and present performance reports to leadership. Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce downtime. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; equivalent military or professional experience may be considered in place of a degree. Minimum of 5 years of management experience, ideally within the semiconductor industry. 3+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry Strong understanding of field service technologies, scheduling software, and safety protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Available to travel up to 50% within the U.S. and internationally to support customer needs.
