Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full-Time Hotel Front Desk Associate, where your energy and dedication will create memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and managing guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help foster a warm, efficient environment that keeps guests returning time and again. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while delivering top-tier guest relations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, including modifications and cancellations Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assisting with guest requests Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering local recommendations Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and special requests while adhering to hotel policies and procedures Enforce hotel emergency procedures confidently during incidents or safety concerns to ensure guest safety Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently and enhance overall guest satisfaction Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Utilize hospitality reservation systems effectively to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and client communication skills to build positive relationships with guests and vendors Qualifications Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is highly preferred Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to handle guest concerns professionally Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond confidently in critical situations Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as needed Experience with hospitality reservation systems and property management software is desirable Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
