This is a hands-on leadership role within a family-owned Ford dealership located in Payson, Arizona. We are looking for someone who can help lead day-to-day dealership operations, improve accountability, strengthen processes, and support continued operational and financial improvement across variable and fixed operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with: Dealership operations and leadership Expense control and profitability Inventory and aging management Team leadership and accountability Fixed operations performance Vendor and lender relationships Process improvement and operational restructuring Supporting ownership with operational and financial planning This opportunity is ideal for an experienced dealership leader who prefers a hands-on, smaller-store environment where leadership visibility, accountability, and operational impact matter. Unlike large corporate dealer groups, this role offers the opportunity to work directly with ownership, implement meaningful improvements, and help shape the future direction of the dealership in a collaborative environment. We are seeking someone who is practical, organized, motivated, and comfortable stepping into an active operational role focused on leadership, execution, and long-term improvement. Prior dealership leadership experience is required. Ford dealership experience is strongly preferred. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, leadership ability, and performance.
