Job Summary We are looking for a strong field leader who commands respect, sets high standards, holds people accountable, and knows how to run multiple crews efficiently. This is not a desk job. You need to be comfortable taking charge, giving clear direction, correcting problems immediately, and making sure the job gets done right, on time, and safely. The ideal candidate has a strong presence, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to lead 30-50+ field employees through supervisors and crew leaders. You don't have to be loud—but you do have to be firm, decisive, organized, and willing to hold people accountable.

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
