Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead and grow our restoration operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including production, team leadership, operational efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in mitigation and restoration (water, fire, mold), along with proven leadership experience and a track record of building high-performing teams. •Mitigation/Restoration Experience REQUIRED, no applicants will be considered without experience. • Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of mitigation and restoration divisions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability Lead, manage, and hold accountable department managers, crew chiefs, and production teams Drive production performance by monitoring KPIs, job timelines, and operational benchmarks Develop and implement scalable processes to improve workflow, communication, and overall performance Partner with office and support staff to ensure seamless job execution from intake to completion Recruit, train, and develop team members; build a strong leadership pipeline within the organization Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction Identify opportunities for growth, operational improvements, and cost control Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred) Valid Driver's License Minimum 3-5 years of management experience (restoration or related field strongly preferred) Minimum 2+ years of hands-on restoration industry experience required IICRC certifications preferred Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results Strong understanding of restoration operations, including water, fire, and mold remediation Core Competencies Strong leadership and team-building skills Results-driven with a focus on accountability and performance Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Effective communicator with both field teams and leadership Proficient in relevant software systems (CRM, job management, estimating tools) Deep understanding of restoration processes, safety standards, and industry best practices
