Job Description
SUMMARY Incumbents provide administrative and operational supervision to support and enhance the function of the Surprise City Court. Responsibilities include supervising Senior Court Clerks within Court Operations, and Compliance unit. The position requires sound judgment, complex decision-making, effective problem-solving, and strong leadership skills. Additional responsibilities include developing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining written procedures for operational processes within the assigned unit to promote consistency, accountability, efficiency, and compliance with applicable court policies and requirements. Incumbents also perform specialized collection functions and utilize computerized collection systems to manage and monitor court-related financial obligations. EDUCATION and/or
