About the Role Phenix Salon Suites is looking for a reliable, hands-on Site Manager for our Surprise location, a 6,650-square-foot space with 38 suites. Cleaning and maintaining a guest-ready space is the core, day-to-day responsibility of this role. Beyond Surprise, you'll have the opportunity to support our sister locations in Peoria and Glendale (about 21 minutes away) as needed, with potential to grow into a full-time role. What You'll Do Cleaning is the core of this role: routine cleaning of common areas, bathrooms, and vacant suites during your scheduled shifts (vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, keeping the space guest-ready at all times) Serve as a welcoming, visible presence for salon professionals on-site Conduct tours of available suites for current and prospective licensees Order, review, and approve supply purchases Operate Gina's Platform, FindaSuite!, and other company platforms for day-to-day site administration Handle tenant inquiries and resolve minor disputes with professionalism Conduct property inspections to maintain safety standards Communicate maintenance concerns, incidents, or notable observations to your Regional Manager Implement local store marketing initiatives as directed What We're Looking For Dependable, takes initiative without being asked Comfortable with physical cleaning tasks as a primary daily responsibility Friendly, professional; you're the face of the location during your shifts Basic administrative comfort (data entry, simple recordkeeping) is helpful but secondary to reliability and cleaning Reliable transportation; valid driver's license required (travel between Peoria/Glendale) No prior management experience necessary Physical Requirements This role involves routine standing, walking, bending, and light physical tasks associated with cleaning. Occasional carrying of supply items (for example, moving a case of paper products from the drop-off area to the storage room) is part of the role.
