Full Job Description Operations Manager Position:
Lead the Backbone of Our Dental Practice We are on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Dental Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day functions at Wood Family Dentistry. Dive into a role where your leadership can shape our trajectory toward excellence in both patient care and operational efficiency.Role Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic functioning. Coordinate with dental professionals to optimize patient scheduling and service delivery. Manage administrative staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and patient-centricity. Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and procurement processes. Implement and refine operational procedures and protocols. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Qualifications:
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or related field. Prior experience in dental or healthcare facility management: 3 years office management, or 5 years front office experience. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in practice management software and basic IT systems. Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written. Strong insurance background.Training & Onboarding:
This role includes a structured onboarding program during the first 90 days designed to support long-term success. Training may include hands-on mentorship, shadowing experienced Office Managers, and occasional travel to high-performing offices. Flexibility in scheduling during the initial training period is expected to maximize learning and development opportunities.What We Offer:
