MVD Third-Party Supervisor Arizona Trucking Association - Tolleson, AZ Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Established, Professional Environment The Arizona Trucking Association, proudly serving the industry since 1937, is seeking an experienced, leadership-driven MVD Third-Party Supervisor to lead our Motor Vehicle Services team. We are a long-standing, respected organization dedicated to supporting our members and long-time customers with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. This position is ideal for a proven leader who already understands the MVD/Authorized Third Party environment and takes pride in accuracy, compliance, and building a high-performing team. We are looking for someone who leads by example and takes ownership of the department's overall performance. The right candidate enjoys developing staff, resolving complex issues, and driving consistent, high-quality service across the team. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of processors handling Title & Registration, Motor Carrier, and Driver License transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all work. Hold ultimate responsibility for QA/Audit outcomes: ensure transactions are reviewed for accuracy, track and address error trends, and coach staff to maintain the accuracy standards required for MVD certification. Handle confidential customer and carrier records, financial transactions, and other sensitive information with discretion, accuracy, and integrity. Provide a professional, solution-oriented leadership presence for escalated customer situations. Collaborate with ATA leadership to maintain efficient operations, high service standards, and continuous process improvement. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior supervisory or management experience within an MVD or Authorized Third Party (ATP) office is required — general supervisory experience outside this industry will not substitute. Current RACF and Motor Carrier experience is a significant advantage. Demonstrated experience processing Title & Registration (T&R) and/or Driver License transactions is required. Proven ability to lead a team and manage transactions with accuracy and minimal oversight. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems. Experience with Quickbooks is an advantage. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Candidates must be able to pass a background check, including fingerprint screening, and maintain required ADOT certifications.
