is hiring a Site Coordinator - Hurley Ranch in Tolleson, AZ. This is a full-time position. Leads the daily operation of a YMCA school-age childcare site, ensuring high-quality youth development programming, staff supervision, family engagement, operational excellence, and community partnership development. Ensures the implementation of a safe, engaging, and inclusive before-school, after-school, day camp, or enrichment program. Supports staff development, program quality, participant engagement, and family communication while assisting the Program Director in achieving operational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CHILDCARE PROGRAM LEAD

• Oversees daily site operations to ensure safety, compliance, and program quality.
• Manages enrollment, attendance, staffing schedules, and required documentation.
• Serves as the on-site director for AZDHS Childcare Licensing.
• Ensures staff maintain certifications, required training, and licensing compliance.
• Maintains strong operational systems that support participant success.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A CHILDCARE PROGRAM LEAD

Minimum 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of experience working with children required. Current or ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and TB test. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn YMCA childcare systems
