: Job Summary

Join our team in Tolleson, AZ, a growing community known for its vibrant local culture and strategic location near major transportation routes. We are seeking a dedicated professional to inspect product functions and monitor test procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

Conduct testing procedures using specialized equipment.

Identify and troubleshoot issues in electronic equipment.

Solder equipment to repair, modify, and change parts using both surface mount and thru-hole methods.

Disassemble and reassemble electronic devices.

Comply with quality performance standards.

Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Ensure adherence to warehouse safety regulations, including compliance with ESD guidelines.

Perform other duties as assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.

Required Skills and Experience

Skilled in the operation of test equipment.

Capable of utilizing repair tools including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, voltmeters, and soldering irons.

Ability to perform both surface mount and thru-hole soldering techniques, as well as operate automated repair equipment (BGA machine).

Proficient in soldering and de-soldering techniques. (The role requires some experience but not necessarily soldering.)

Comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment.

Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion.

Proficiency in computer skills required for precise data entry of completed units.

Competent in maintaining accurate and organized records.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
