General Manager, Operations FLSA Status :

Exempt The General Manager, Operations leads all day-to-day manufacturing operations and provides strategic and operational leadership for anodizing, metal plating, precision cleaning, quality assurance, maintenance, inventory, scheduling, shipping, environmental compliance, and safety. This role owns operational execution, production scheduling, capacity planning, and on-time delivery; serves as the senior point of contact for customer escalations; and leads implementation and adoption of production database systems. Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Responsibilities Customer Quality & Escalation Management Operations & Continuous Improvement Production Scheduling & Delivery Performance Production Systems & Database Implementation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5-10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 3+ years in a General Manager, Plant Manager, or senior operations leadership role. Experience leading production, quality, maintenance, inventory management, environmental compliance, continuous improvement, and ERP/MES implementation in a multi-process manufacturing environment. Experience in metal finishing, anodizing, electroplating, precision cleaning, chemical processing, or semiconductor supply chain manufacturing strongly preferred. Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, hazardous materials, wastewater regulations, and ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems.

Compensation Salary Range :

$150,000.00 to $200,000.00 Schedule In Person, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay:

$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
