  • Full-time Enhanced Landscape Management (ELM) is a landscape industry leader in California and Nevada with over 600 landscape maintenance professionals.
We offer comprehensive landscape care to a wide array of clients such as homeowner associations, commercial facilities, hospitality/resort, retail, office parks, high-end estates and public works. Our growth and success has created the immediate need to grow our team of dedicated professionals. We are seeking an Operations Manager for our Oceanside branch location. The primary goal for an Operations Manager is to lead and mentor account and production managers at one of our branch locations. This person takes the lead in ensuring our teams are operating safely, efficiently and putting a focus on customer service and job quality.
GENERAL DUTIES
  • Reports directly to and collaborates with the local branch manager or Regional Manager to achieve branch and company goals relating to profitability, safety, efficiency, following company processes, etc.
  • Staff hiring, management and development
  • Staff motivation and coaching
  • Training and leading field and account/production management staff
  • Safety program oversight and accountability
  • Ensuring client satisfaction leads the industry, creating "Raving Fan" clients
  • Reviewing all sites on a regular basis (at least once per month)
  • Ensuring that quality standards are being met
  • Achieving contract maintenance retention of 95% or better
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field and/or, have a minimum of 3 years landscape/horticulture experience as an operations or account manager leading field and supervisory staff
  • Have and maintain a professional image
  • Have strong work ethic and be able to effectively manage time
  • Microsoft Office
  • Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Clean driving history

  • Base salary range of $90,000
  • $100,000 depending on background, experience and qualifications
