$75,000 - $90,000 annually We are working with a client who is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This Operations Supervisor will oversee a team of approximately 30-40 drivers and 5 dispatchers , ensuring workflows run efficiently, service expectations are met, and the team operates safely and effectively. Supervise, support, and provide daily direction to a team of 30-40 drivers and 5 dispatchers Oversee daily operations, scheduling, workflow, and staffing needs Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and safety compliance Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and overall operational efficiency Resolve scheduling, service, delivery, and operational issues in a timely manner Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve performance and operational goals Maintain accurate operational records and track key performance metrics Partner with leadership and other departments to ensure business and customer needs are met Qualifications for an
