Job Description
Ensure that Operations are complying with all NIGC and Tribal Gaming Ordinance regulations. Manage the Surveillance Department's daily operations as instructed by the Director of Surveillance. Implement Department's policies and procedures. Manage the training and scheduling of Department personnel. Work with Casino/Tribal Operations on various investigatory projects.
- Ensure that Casino/Tribal Operations remain in full compliance with all NIGC/Gaming Ordinance Regulations
- Develop and maintain staff schedules, conduct performance/salary reviews as instructed by Director of Surveillance.
- Implement training for staff.
- Assist casino/hotel operations in maintaining surveillance on questionable activities of customers and employees.
- Oversee all surveillance equipment maintenance as instructed by Director.
- Supervisory authority over the department (except of the department director).
