About Aerobotics Aerobotics is a Vision AI company helping fruit producers get more yield from farm to table. Our large fruit model is trained on the biggest fruit dataset from around the world, creating a flywheel that continuously improves our product for customers. We started with fruit sizing and expanded into forecasting, grading, and are developing full yield estimation. Our platform delivers accurate, transparent insights across the fruit supply chain. To date, we've analysed over 340 million trees and 100 million fruit, helping farmers make critical operational and agricultural decisions that maximise yield and efficiency. Our global team of 50+ professionals is headquartered in Cape Town, with commercial offices in the USA, Australia, Portugal, Spain, and South America. The Opportunity This is an exciting paid internship opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic scale-up environment. As a Field Operations & Customer Success Intern , you will play a key role in executing serviced trials for both new and existing Aerobotics customers. You will be accountable for on-farm data collection, trial execution, and operational support, helping ensure new and existing customers get meaningful value from our technology. This is a highly practical, field-oriented role suited to someone who enjoys being outdoors on farms and learning by doing. You will gain first-hand exposure to how advanced AI technology is applied in real agricultural environments, with clear opportunities to grow your responsibilities over time.

California

•Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield or surrounds (field-based, with ability to travel to farming regions) What you'll do

Customer Trials & Field Execution:

Drive the execution of serviced trials with growers, packhouses, and fruit companies Conduct on-farm data collection using Aerobotics' mobile tools Ensure trials are run accurately, consistently, and according to best practice Coordinate logistics and scheduling for field visits and customer engagements Support communication between customers and internal stakeholders Exposure to customer onboarding, seasonal workflows, data deliveries and post-trial follow-ups

Learn how AI-driven insights are used to influence real farming decisions Build a strong understanding of fruit production cycles and operational challenges Gradually take on increased responsibility as skills and confidence grow What you'll need Strong interest in agriculture, AgTech, or field-based work Willingness to travel regularly to farming regions across California Own reliable transport and valid driver's license Comfortable working outdoors and in operational farm environments Curious, hands-on, and eager to learn Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude Organized, reliable, and able to follow processes carefully

Internship (Immediate start, seasonal or 6-12 months) Time required: 30 hours per week Reports to:

$3
