SITE MANAGER

This is a high-accountability leadership role for an individual who can drive sales performance, execute operational standards, and lead from the front . At BLISS Car Wash, Site Managers are expected to take full responsibility of their site—from membership growth to team performance and daily execution . This role is best suited for leaders who are comfortable being measured by results and held to high standards.Compensation & Benefits:

Membership Sales & Conversion Site Operations, Standards & Safety Team Performance & Accountability Key Responsibilities:
Drive daily membership sales and conversion performance Coach and develop team members to meet and exceed goals Maintain a clean, efficient, and fully operational site Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members Enforce company policies, procedures, service standards and safety Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, inventory, and ordering Ensure execution of opening/closing procedures and site readiness Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions Support all areas of the business as needed to ensure successLeadership Expectations:
Lead by example through active, visible management Maintain a strong on-site presence with the team Monitor and manage performance daily (sales, labor, execution) Address issues promptly and effectively Foster a motivated, accountable, and results-driven team cultureQualifications:

Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentPreferred:
Car wash, retail, or service industry with a sales focusCore Competencies:
Proven ability to drive sales and team performance Strong organizational and operational skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Flexible schedule, including weekends (Friday & Saturday required)Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing Ability to set expectations, provide feedback, and hold team members accountablePerformance Expectations:
Consistently achieve membership and revenue targets Maintain a high-performing, well-trained team Ensure site cleanliness, efficiency, operational readiness and safety Resolve issues proactively and minimize escalationsPhysical Demands:
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Flexible hours, night and day, weekends, and holidays. Ability to operate all related equipment.Reporting Relationships:
