Key Accountabilities Maintain order in lobby and facilitate the safety of guests and staff Assist guests with all aspects of desk service, check-in and/or check-out. Perform all night audit procedures as set forth by the Accounting Department Answer telephones and accurately provide room rates, packages, and various hotel services offered General Requirements Degree in Hospitality or related field, along with 3+ years of relevant experience Must be able to work overnight, weekends, and holiday's Front office hotel management/supervisor experience preferred Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
