Job Description
Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责 1. Operations Support / 运营支持 Follow up on and resolve complex warehouse operation issues within the assigned region, and provide timely support for warehouse operational needs. Responsible for new project implementation, including site surveys, layout planning, capacity calculation, staffing, and equipment planning. 负责区域内仓库疑难问题的跟进与解决，对接并支持仓库运营需求；负责新项目落地，包括现场勘察、布局规划、产能测算、人员与设备配置。 2. Efficiency & Cost Optimization / 效率与成本优化 Analyze regional operation data, identify operational bottlenecks, and develop and implement improvement plans to increase labor efficiency and reduce cost per order/parcel. 分析区域运营数据，识别运营瓶颈，制定并推进改善方案，提升人效，降低单票成本。 3. Quality & Compliance / 质量与合规 Inspect warehouse safety, quality, and compliance status, drive issue rectification, and assist with local government inspections when needed. 检查仓库安全、质量及合规情况，推动问题整改，并协助应对当地政府检查。 4. Cross-functional Collaboration / 跨部门协作 Coordinate with customers, quality control, business, and other internal teams to follow up on operational needs and ensure issues are resolved effectively. 对接客户、质控、商务及其他内部团队需求，推动问题解决并落地执行。 5. Training & Enablement / 培训赋能 Provide training on workflows, SOPs, and improvement tools for frontline warehouse and transportation operations managers. 面向仓储/运输运营基层管理者开展流程、SOP及改善工具培训。 Qualifications / 任职要求 1. Education / 教育背景 Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields are preferred. 本科及以上学历，物流、供应链、工业工程等相关专业优先。 2. Experience / 工作经验 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, implementation, warehouse management, or transportation/fulfillment operations. Experience in new warehouse launch or operational optimization projects is preferred. 3年以上物流运营、项目实施、仓储管理或仓配运营经验；有新仓上线或运营优化项目经验优先。 3. Process & Compliance Knowledge / 流程与合规认知 Familiar with warehouse and transportation workflows, safety standards, and operational compliance requirements. Strong ability in process mapping and standardization. 熟悉仓储/运输流程及安全规范，具备流程梳理和标准化能力。 4. Project Management / 项目管理能力 Strong project management skills, cross-functional communication ability, execution capability, and problem-solving mindset. 具备较强的项目管理能力、跨团队沟通协调能力、执行力和问题解决能力。 5. Technical Skills / 工具能力 Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI is preferred. Knowledge of WMS/TMS systems is a plus. 熟练使用 Excel、PPT；熟悉 Power BI 等数据分析工具优先；了解 WMS/TMS 系统者优先。
