Operations Manager Position:
Lead the Backbone of Our Dental Practice We are on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Dental Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day functions at Thomas Dental Care. Role Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic functioning. Coordinate with dental professionals to optimize patient scheduling and service delivery. Manage administrative staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and patient-centricity. Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and procurement processes. Implement and refine operational procedures and protocols. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or related field. Prior experience in dental or healthcare facility management: 3 years office management, or 5 years front office experience. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in practice management software and basic IT systems. Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written. Strong insurance background. Proficiency in
Dentrix Training & Onboarding:
This role includes a structured onboarding program during the first 90 days designed to support long-term success. Training may include hands-on mentorship, shadowing experienced Office Managers, and occasional travel to high-performing offices. Flexibility in scheduling during the initial training period is expected to maximize learning and development opportunities.
