You have a solid background in both operational execution and sales. You know how to talk to clients, close property managers, and spot upsells.
Tech-Literate & Coachable:
You adapt fast to management tech/apps, love learning new systems, and can easily train and mentor field techs to do the same.
The Mission:
What You'll Actually Be Doing You will maintain complete command over field operations, sales opportunities, fleet readiness, and crew accountability. 1.
Flexible Field Leadership & Quality Auditing Dynamic, High-Autonomy Schedule:
Set crews up for success with daytime launches, conduct unannounced site audits, check job quality, and run targeted evening/night retraining sessions.
Full Overnight Grinds:
You manage the schedule and team accountability. Train, mentor, and elevate field technicians and apprentices to hit our "WOW" job standard every time. 2.
Business Growth & Sales Execution Drive Revenue:
Leverage your sales experience to communicate directly with commercial clients and property managers.
On-Site Upselling & Estimating:
Perform site walk-throughs, build client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and actively help grow the washing business. 3. Fleet & Equipment Mastery Enforce strict preventative maintenance SOPs for all trucks and gear. Keep equipment safe, organized, immaculate, and ready to roll 24/7. Maintain total accountability for fleet condition, zero excuses.
