Serve as an information resource and primary point of contact for field crews during assigned shifts. Provide guidance and support when operational challenges arise and escalate issues appropriately. Assist Operations Management in ensuring compliance with company policies, protocols, and quality standards. Field & Station Operations Maintain station and vehicle readiness, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and full operational capability. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies, equipment, and vehicle essentials. Coordinate vehicle maintenance needs with Operations Managers and support personnel. Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation, including incident reports and vehicle accident reports. Assist in ambulance onboarding and preparation, including inventory setup and county inspection compliance. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with Scheduling and Dispatch to support efficient deployment and resource allocation. Relay updates on policies, protocols, equipment changes, and operational expectations to field staff. Foster a positive, supportive, and solution-focused work environment. Clinical & Operational Competency Maintain full proficiency in all duties required of field personnel Support onboarding, orientation, and mentorship of new field personnel as needed. Ensure proper reporting and follow-through for employee injuries, exposures, and required documentation. Additional Responsibilities Participate in operational, safety, training, and quality improvement initiatives. Perform other related tasks as assigned to support safe and efficient daily operations. Requirements Education & Experience Preferred minimum of two (2) years of field experience as an EMT. Prior supervisory, leadership, or management experience strongly preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Certifications Active EMT or Paramedic Certification (required) AHA BLS Provider Certification (required) Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (required) Valid California Ambulance Driver's Certificate (required) Ability to maintain all credentials and compliance requirements for the duration of employment Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills.
