OUR FOCUS

Your role is to protect and elevate these standards across all stores under your leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

Q Grader Certificate is a big plus. 4+ Years of experience in Specialty Coffee. 4+ Years of winning and proven experience in a leadership + operations position. Proven experience leading and winning in café or multi-unit retail operations. Strong understanding of financial performance, KPIs, and cost control. Deep knowledge of coffee quality, preparation, and standards Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams with clarity and accountability Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally disciplined Strong communication skills and professional judgment. GENERAL ROLE RESPONSIBLITIES

Own and deliver financial performance across all assigned stores, consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs, budgets, and COGS targets Maintain strict control over labor %, COGS, and operational costs with disciplined, data-driven decisions Ensure consistent execution and high audit results across OCV and brand standards Lead hiring, training, and development systems, building strong teams and a positive, aligned culture Uphold and elevate customer experience and store reputation across all locations Develop and implement systems that improve operational efficiency and consistency Partner with ownership on growth, strategy, and new store openings Ensure product quality, recipes, and presentation are consistent across all stores Contribute to green coffee sourcing and support purchasing decisions.
