00 Per Hou r Lead the team in delivering exceptional service, strengthening client partnerships, resolving concerns promptly, supporting account retention, and identifying opportunities to expand services and growing assigned accounts. Communicate regularly with clients and coordinate with internal departments to understand needs, fulfill approved requests, and maintain service quality. Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and motivate team members while reinforcing CSG performance, conduct, and quality-control standards. Prepare weekly staffing schedules, coordinate special-project assignments, maintain shift coverage, and ensure daily work is completed accurately and on time. Review and update daily timekeeping and payroll-related records, and complete required operational reports accurately, clearly, and on time. Conduct required safety training, enforce CSG and Cal-OSHA procedures, and promptly report safety hazards, injuries, and property incidents to CSG and client leadership, as appropriate. Train team members on quality-control procedures, conduct inspections, document results, and follow through on corrective actions. Remain available to clients and team members during scheduled, clocked-in work hours and respond professionally to operational needs. Attend required leadership meetings, communicate regional performance and staffing needs, and carry out other job-related responsibilities assigned by the Regional VP. Skills and Qualifications of the
Operations Supervisor:
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in hospitality, janitorial services, facilities operations, or an equivalent environment. Strong leadership, client-service, verbal and written communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills. Experience with employee scheduling, timekeeping, payroll reporting, coaching, and performance follow-up. Working knowledge of janitorial methods, cleaning chemicals, tools, equipment, quality-control practices, and Cal-OSHA requirements. Ability to use or learn CSG systems, including WorkWave, WinTeam, EPay, and required third-party applications. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs. Driving record that meets CSG Risk Management requirements and successful completion of required background screening. Bilingual English and Spanish skills required.
