•LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Transportation Operations Manager oversees the daily movement, routing, and terminal handling of consolidated freight.

Experience:

4+ years in freight brokerage, dispatching, or terminal operations

Core Responsibilities Network & Route Optimization:

Plan efficient multi-stop delivery and pickup routes to cut fuel costs and transit times.

Terminal & Dock Management:

Supervise cross-dock loading, freight sorting, and warehouse workflow to prevent bottlenecks.

Staff & Fleet Leadership:

Direct drivers, dock workers, dispatchers, and shift supervisors.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) and OSHA safety rules.

Budget & Cost Control:

Manage operational expenses, track KPIs (like on-time delivery rates), and negotiate carrier rates A bit about us:
