Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the company's B2B apparel business and support wholesale sales growth. Plan and execute trade shows, including booth preparation, sample coordination, customer reception, order follow-up, and post-show lead conversion. Manage store and showroom operations, including product displays, customer experience, and sales processes. Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retail stores, boutiques, and other B2B customers. Follow up on quotations, orders, inventory, deliveries, payments, and after-sales matters. Analyze sales data and market trends to develop customer acquisition and operational strategies. Coordinate with the design, purchasing, warehouse, customer service, and China-based teams to ensure orders are completed smoothly. Understand online marketing channels such as Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and assist with the company's online marketing activities when needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in B2B operations or wholesale sales within the apparel industry. Experience with apparel trade show preparation, on-site customer engagement, and post-show order follow-up. Experience in apparel stores, showrooms, or wholesale channel operations. Familiarity with the U.S. apparel wholesale market and B2B customer development process. Strong sales awareness, execution, organizational, coordination, and customer communication skills. Ability to manage projects independently and evaluate performance using sales and operational data. Familiarity with Google Ads and major social media platforms is preferred; online marketing is not the primary responsibility of this position. Proficiency in Excel and standard office software; experience with CRM, ERP, or e-commerce systems is preferred. Must be able to communicate professionally in both Chinese and English.
