Benefits Eligibility Summary Job Summary:
The Lift Operations Assistant Manager will directly coordinate all aspects of the Lift Operations department: safety awareness, standards compliance, guest service. This person will help develop and carry out company and department goals to the lift operations leadership group and staff! The Assistant Manager will establish and maintain close working relationships with; Lift maintenance, ski patrol, BCMD, ski school, and encouraging good professional relationships with all departments.

No Job Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation in department budgets, supervising staffing levels, and efficient resource management. Coordinate Supervisors and Training to operate within all applicable codes and standards: C.P.T.S.B., ANSI, OSHA, and USFS. Collaborate with management in leading the lift operations management team through the development and implementation of all vital department programs to provide for: staffing, training, safety, goal setting, employee performance and subject area, employee retention and incentive, payroll, work compensation, code compliance and record keeping. Resolve guest complaints/issues. Resolve employee issues. Assist in hiring decisions Tool/materials/sign inventory Maze work Work with the manager in completion/review of employee performance evaluations on lift operations supervisory group. Participate with Health and Safety departments to develop uniform policies and safety initiatives. Liaise with all other corporate departments as it pertains to lift operations. All other duties as assigned.

Required :
Supervisory or managerial experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PeopleSoft Proficient in English written and verbal Patience, understanding, inclusivity Skilled skier or rider
Preferred:
Mountain operations experience in a supervisory or managerial role Lift Maintenance experience Experience in crafting training programs and instructional manuals The expected pay range is $25.00 - $32.14. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
