This role oversees Workday and related HR systems, drives data-driven decision making, improves operational effectiveness, and advances automation and technology initiatives that support business growth and employee experience. The position partners closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions, actionable insights, and continuous improvement across the People function. Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned Lead the organization's HR technology ecosystem, including Workday administration, enhancements, integrations, roadmap planning, and vendor management. Oversee people analytics, workforce reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to support data-driven business decisions. Drive operational excellence through process improvement, service delivery optimization, shared services support models, and self-service solutions. Establish governance frameworks, data management standards, internal controls, and compliance processes that ensure data integrity and operational consistency. Lead automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience. Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to implement strategic initiatives, manage change, and deliver innovative People solutions. Develop and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer service. Influence stakeholders and lead through change by building cross-functional partnerships and driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and exceptional service while influencing leaders across the organization. Lead and develop a high-performing People Operations team through coaching, accountability, and talent development.
