VENUE OPERATIONS & GENERAL MANAGER - LOS ANGELES
Established upscale private event venue seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations & General Manager to oversee bookings, client communication, staff coordination, and day-to-day venue operations. We are looking for someone with strong leadership ability, hospitality instincts, professionalism under pressure, and the ability to independently manage high-end client experiences and fast-paced event environments. This is an opportunity for the right person to grow with an established Los Angeles venue and become a key part of long-term expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing client inquiries and event bookings Conducting venue walkthroughs and consultations Coordinating staff, vendors, security, and event logistics Maintaining venue presentation and professionalism Assisting with marketing and social media coordination Problem solving during live events and high-pressure situations Helping increase bookings, client retention, and overall operations
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Hospitality, nightlife, luxury event, or venue experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Calm under pressure and highly organized Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Comfortable working evenings and weekends Entrepreneurial mindset preferred
COMPENSATION
Compensation structure includes a base pay plus performance-based incentives tied to bookings and operational growth. Growth opportunities available for the right long-term candidate.
Pay:
$6,000.00 - $999,999.00 per month
