Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize productivity
• Manage a team of front desk, recovery, studio and janitorial teams
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Train and supervise staff members to ensure adherence to company standards
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation to meet operational goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
