Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a OR/PACU Supervisor to join our team at Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area in Menlo Park, California and as needed in San Ramon, California.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30
PM Pacific Time Compensation:
$160,000 to $170,000 per year (commensurate with experience) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.
How You'll Contribute:

In this role, the OR/PACU Supervisor will: Help to plan and organize Clinical Services responsibilities to increase staff efficiency and best utilize the staffs' skills and abilities Help to set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivate staff to accomplish the goals Coordinate the effective delivery of patient services by monitoring patient flow and program operations Assist with the training and orientation of staff Administer performance appraisal evaluations for clinical staff Assist in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to clinical operations. Assist primary nurses with coverage as needed and monitors workloads Handle patient issues/complaints What You'll Bring We're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.
Qualifications and Skills Include:
OR/PACU Experience Valid RN License or willing to obtain upon hire BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required Prior Supervisory/Management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities and activities required; 3-5 years preferred Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment More important than any single credential, however, is the right person .
