Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable Radiology Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a dynamic position supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy radiology practice, including assistance with physician scheduling, PACS workflow, study assignments, and after-hours phone coverage as needed. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, communicates professionally with physicians and hospital personnel, and takes inititiave to identify and resolve issues. Qualifications Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor and ability to communicate confidently with physicians and hospital personnel Ability to remain organized and composed while managing multiple time-sensitive priorities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable learning new software and technology Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Experience Previous PACS experience Radiology, medical imaging, hospital, or healthcare experience Physician scheduling or medical scheduling experience Familiarity with radiology workflows, worklists, or medical terminology PACS or radiology experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills, professionalism, technical aptitude, and the ability to learn quickly. $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
