Responsibilities:
- + Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and inventory control.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- + 2- 6 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. + Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and workplace compliance. + Proficient in WMS systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email). + Ability to lead/coach teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred
- + Experience in high-volume distribution fulfillment. + Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. + Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
