• . The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading day to day warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, safety, accuracy, and service-level expectations are consistently met. This role oversees warehouse associates, supports continuous improvement efforts, and helps maintain a positive, high performance work environment. The starting
• pay is a salary of $72,000 a year
• . Schedule is
• Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 11:00pm (overtime and Saturday's when needed/ must have schedule flexibility)

• Responsibilities:

• + Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and inventory control.

+ Assign labor and workflow to meet daily production goals. + Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions when necessary. + Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates. + Conduct shift huddles, assign tasks, and ensure employee compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Manage attendance, performance reviews, employee coaching, and corrective actions. + Enforce OSHA standards and company safety programs. + Conduct safety audits, ensure proper equipment use, and drive a culture of safety. + Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines. + Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency. + Assist in implementing operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. + Support inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts. + Maintain clear communication between shifts, departments, and leadership. + Prepare and deliver shift reports, productivity updates, and issue escalation. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Maintenance, and Training.

• Qualifications/Requirements:

• + 2- 6 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. + Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and workplace compliance. + Proficient in WMS systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email). + Ability to lead/coach teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred
• + Experience in high-volume distribution fulfillment. + Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. + Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
