Job Overview We're looking for a hands-on, highly organized Operations Manager to lead and oversee our electric boat tours, kayak excursions, and dockside rentals. This role is essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and maintaining clear coordination between staff, booking systems, and maintenance crews. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily dock operations, including boat tours, kayak tours, and rentals. Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure adherence to safety and service procedures. Develop and maintain weekly staff schedules, adjusting as needed for operational demands. Resolve escalated guest concerns and process special-case refunds with professionalism. Assign boats and rentals using optimized scheduling logic Manage blackouts, pricing, and availability Maintain integrations with third-party platforms like Viator and Airbnb Experiences , and resolve sync issues. Coordinate with vendors and mechanics for routine maintenance and emergency repairs. Monitor inventory and manage reordering of supplies. Lead emergency protocols and weather-related response planning, including guest communication and cancellations. Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, marina, or boating operations preferred. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and critical-thinking abilities. Experience with booking platforms (Peek Pro experience is a strong plus). Ability to make confident, informed decisions in fast-paced or changing environments.
