Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, marketing strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role. 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. Experience with Marketing Technology or Applied AI strategies in Marketing.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows. Experience with investigative problem-solving and quantitative analysis. Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives. Ability to independently navigate ambiguity and lead strategic initiatives in a changing environment. About the job As a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager for Google Ads and Commerce Marketing, you will be a key leader driving the definition of our global Marketing Technology and Applied AI strategy. In close collaboration with cross-functional leaders across Marketing and Engineering, you will lead definition of strategic roadmaps and operating plans that enable growth, operational excellence, and innovation. You will lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives, align executive stakeholders, and help ensure our technology investments drive long-term business value. Know the user. Know the magic. Responsibilities Lead development of global Marketing Technology and Applied AI strategy and roadmaps in close partnership with Marketing and Engineering leaders. Be a thought partner for the leadership of Ads and Commerce Marketing team. Lead complex, high-impact strategic initiatives and clearly communicate business insights and findings to executive leadership to drive cross-functional alignment. Lead the annual strategic planning process and objectives and key results (OKR) setting to align cross-functional priorities with business goals. Drive financial and resource excellence by overseeing budget, managing resourcing needs, and aligning investments with strategic priorities through the annual planning process.
