Job Description

CHIC CASA
is a growing furniture and home furnishings company building its U.S. operations in Ontario, California. We work closely with our product and operations team in China and sell through major U.S. e-commerce and retail channels. We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Admin Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of our U.S. business. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small, entrepreneurial team and is comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Handle general office administration, vendor communication, utilities, insurance documents and company records. Assist with basic bookkeeping, including organizing invoices, AP/AR records, expense documentation and payment requests. Maintain financial documents and prepare records for the company's bookkeeper/CPA. Assist with bank and credit card reconciliation preparation and basic QuickBooks entries, depending on experience. Coordinate import shipments with factories, freight forwarders and customs brokers. Collect and organize Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, BOLs and other import/shipping documents. Track shipment ETAs, customs clearance status, container delivery appointments and related deadlines. Coordinate with the warehouse regarding inbound containers and inventory receiving. Assist with FedEx/UPS/LTL accounts, shipping vendors and other logistics-related matters. Maintain company licenses, permits, contracts, renewals and compliance documentation. Support payroll/HR administration and employee documentation as needed. Assist management with other operational projects as the company grows.
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
