WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Service Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our field operations and helping our teams deliver consistent, professional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Optimize technician schedules and daily dispatch Plan routes and provide field support Conduct field quality-assurance audits Enforce safety and compliance standards Analyze service profitability and operational performance Mentor, coach, and train field technicians Handle complex customer concerns and service issues Help resolve team conflicts and support a positive work environment Provide hands-on leadership and technical support in the field This is a hands-on management position for someone who wants to lead—not just sit behind a desk.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who brings field experience, technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a strong work ethic.

Required:

Valid California driver's license Branch 2, Branch 3, QAL or QAC license Minimum 3 years of field service management experience Proven leadership and team-management skills Strong technical pest-control knowledge Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability
