Step into a high-impact leadership opportunity as a Director of Operations in Orange, CA, where you will help shape the future of a well-established construction organization with a strong market reputation and exciting momentum under new ownership. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Operations position include: 8+ years of experience in construction operations, production, or project management Background with a General Contractor or similar construction environment preferred Experience with commercial and residential projects, including reconstruction work Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage superintendents and field teams while enforcing accountability Hands-on field experience with a solid understanding of construction operations Experience with estimating and production workflows in painting, woodwork, iron, or related trades is a plus Ability to implement systems, processes, scheduling tools, and operational improvements Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred; oversee production and estimating teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Salary :
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits :
This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a $500 monthly vehicle allowance plus gas reimbursement, 401(k) with 4 percent company match, paid time off starting at 2 weeks per year with growth over time, a flexible PTO policy, and a performance-based bonus structure.
